Appleisider reports that TF International Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo expects the iPhone 13 Pro Max to use an F1.5 lens in its wide-angle camera.
He believes that this may lead to nighttime photography and improved bokeh on the iPhone 13 Pro Max.
Like the iPhone 12 series, the iPhone 13 series wide-angle cameras will continue to use F1.6 lenses and 7-element lenses to optimize focusing performance and reduce chromatic aberration, and Apple will continue to use them in the coming years. It seems that it is expected that all the rear lenses of the iPhone will be replaced with 7-element lenses.
He also expects Sunny Optical to join as a new lens supplier.
