A few weeks ago the Google Nest Hub (2nd generation) started in Germany. Now the device has also arrived in Austria and Switzerland. We clarify what you need to know.
Compared to the first Nest Hub, the second generation has a number of advantages. The first is the redesigned speaker, which should now generate 50 percent more bass. Then there is something else that we already know from the Pixel 4 – and that is the Motion Sense. This means that you can, for example, control music playback with hand gestures in the air.
The sleep tracking sounds very interesting, in which the display recognizes how well and how long the user sleeps based on several factors, such as the light or the temperature. The data can then be viewed the next morning in Google Fit or on the display itself. In addition, the 2nd generation Nest Hub should show tips on how to improve your sleep.
The design, however, remained almost unchanged.
