In the course of the litigation between Epic Games and Apple, interesting facts continue to surface about various transactions of the companies, as well as the attempts of these companies to get exclusive rights to certain games. Earlier it became known the amount that Epic was ready to pay for Borderlands 3. Now it turned out that for the release of exclusive games from the PlayStation consoles only in the Epic Games Store, the company was ready to pay about $200 million.
In negotiations with Sony, it was about 4-6 projects. Unfortunately, there is no information on what decision the Japanese giant came to. It is also not entirely clear whether the $200 million amount is an offer for one game or for all at once.
Recall that earlier Sony has already released its former exclusives from the PlayStation 4 in the Epic Games Store – for example, the action-adventure games Horizon Zero Dawn and Death Stranding. Days Gone is also coming to the store soon. These three games are also available on Steam.
