The character is supposed to be introduced into the game on May 20. Activision has unveiled a new teaser of Call Of Duty Warzone, which quotes the phrase from Rambo II: “To survive a war, you must become a war.”
The most attentive, who watch the teaser to the end, will see another hint of the hero at the end. In the ninth second of the video, you can see for a couple of moments a shirtless character armed with a bow-like weapon.
Last week, Activision began teasing players with new heroes, but at the time, gamers thought it was just a harmless joke. In one of the other teasers, users were able to make out John McClane from Die Hard.
Warzone is hugely popular and currently has about 100 million registered players worldwide. The practice of introducing characters from other game universes has existed for a long time. For example, the developers of the fighting game Mortal Kombat and Epic Games in Fortnite do this.
